Take a moment to follow our journey from Florida to California where Makinna where receive the surgery she needs to hear! We are hoping for support (financial or prayer) in our journey as it will be very expensive to make three trips that are up to 14 days each in length.

Makinna's Surgery Timeline

• November 5, 2009: Leave for the California Ear Institute in Palo Alto, California on Nov 5th 2009. Dr. Roberson, from the California Ear Institute will perform Makinna's surgery.

• November 9, 2009: Undergo Atresia repair surgery to open ear canal and produce hearing, creating canal, and ear drum. Stay in California for post-ops and recovery until November 18th.

• February, 2010: Travel to LA for Microtia repair (outside) stage one. Will stay 10-14 days.
  This surgery will take place at Cedars Sinai and will be preformed by Dr. Lewin- Medpor specialist

• May, 2010: Go back to LA for stage 2 microtia repair with Dr. Lewin at Cedars Sinai for 10-14 days.
